Luncheon from 11:30-1:30 with an optional workshop from 1:45-3:00

As Thomas Friedman has said, technology is accelerating faster than our ability to adapt. In your lifetime, you’ve seen industries and businesses disrupted by a changing world (think Blockbuster, Kodak and Xerox). What are the implications of this changing world on leadership and what does leadership of the future look like? This discussion was led by Ali Boyd, an executive coach and University of Denver professor. After lunch, there was an option to participate in an interactive workshop that examined attendees’ current leadership and preparedness for the future. During the workshop, attendees identified actionable practices to apply to work and life.
