The Economic Club of Colorado hosted a Signature Holiday Party at Bruto. Members experienced this hot new restaurant by Kelly Whitaker in the Dairy Block. Kelly joined us to talk about his passion for heritage grains which are a foundation of Bruto’s menu and his work to restore local heritage grains through his organization Noble Grain Alliance. Kelly also discussed how the space in the Dairy Block blends hospitality and retail into a seamlessly connected format. Members and guests enjoyed ringing in the holidays with fellow members while enjoying some of the best food in Denver and hearing from Bruto’s founder. Afterward, cocktails were hosted at Run for the Roses, a fabulous new speakeasy in the same building.
