George L. Thorn, Founder and CEO, Mile High Development, LLC, gave us insights into the evolution of the Denver Art Museum Expansion Co-Development Project, a model Public Private Development which produced the Cultural Center Garage, Museum Residences and the ART Hotel. The event was held at the Martin Museum Residence, designed by Daniel Libeskind, which houses the Martin’s private collection of Post World War II Contemporary Art. It included the work of Clyfford Still, Frank Stella, Andy Warhol, John Chamberlain, Alexander Calder, Agnes Martin, Roy Lichtenstein, James Turrell and others.
