Professor Minxin Pei is an adjunct senior associate in the Asia Program at the Carnegie Endowment, Tom and Margot Pritzker ’72 Professor of Government and the director of the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies at Claremont McKenna College. Dr. Pei addressed how China views itself relative to the rest of the world and what policy changes are likely to emerge from China over the next several years.
