We are excited to host Juan Padró, a visionary entrepreneur who has transformed Denver's dining landscape. Since opening Highland Tap & Burger in 2010, Juan has expanded The Culinary Creative Group to encompass 13 acclaimed restaurants across Denver, Aspen, and New Orleans including Aye Papi, A5 Steakhouse, Aviano, Forget Me Not and Mister Oso.  Juan will share insights into his entrepreneurial journey, discussing how he built a successful restaurant group renowned for its hospitality, innovative designs, and commitment to local, seasonal ingredients. His dedication to creating community-driven concepts and fostering strong relationships within the local business and non-profit sectors has made a significant impact on the industry.
